From Trash to Treasure

Boekhorststraat is one of those little golden digs I stumbled upon while living in the The Hague. It’s just around the corner of Grote Markt so public enough but still taken away from the direct sight. When you walk the street, there is this feel of unknown prying from every corner. It’s hidden, mysterious, and full of goodies. Have you been there?

The street set will once again be temporarily beautified by the shopping window of De 13 Rovers, yet another goodie or pop up store selling everything and nothing from pins to elephants, art to trash, vintage to music. Erhm, the last one doesn’t make a lot of sense, but neither does the shop and that’s where you find its charm. One thing is certain, everything you dig there will be unique.
