Walk the Life in Cities
Michael Wolf is intruding, intimate, immersive, giving you the insight in what it feels like to live in a metropolis of today, where boundaries are pushed one step further into our private space.
From his beginnings as photojournalist, to his more recent works – Architecture of Density and Transparent City – Michael Wolf has always been interested in socially engaged themes.
His works, including probably the most popular collection Tokyo Compression, revolve around the topics of privacy and voyeurism, unavoidable in densely populated cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong, Paris.
As the participant of the National Museum Week, The Hague Museum of Photography is offering a free guided tour of Wolf’s exhibition – Life in Cities. Book your slot on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 April (20 visitors per tour).
