Kakuma – Nowhere

Opening of photo exhibition “Kakuma” (Nowhere) in Humanity House (10h to 17h), Prinsegracht 8. Exhibition will be running until 11 November.

In 2011, photographer Goedele Monnens and journalist Clemy de Rooy traveled to Kenya and pictured the daily life of people living in Kakuma, refugee camp established in 1992 to shelter more than 100.000 people fleeing from Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia.
